Cancellation Policy
Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide a minimum of 24hours notice, or 50% of the treatment will be charged on your next visit.

Providing a calm environment
We endeavor to provide you with an environment which is tranquil and conducive to relaxation. We therefore request that you respect the needs of other clinic users and turn  your mobile phones on silent .
Due to insurance clauses children are not permitted to enter the treatment rooms, The Ascott Beauty Clinic does not accept responsibility for children left in the reception area.
 Children Under 10 are not to be left in reception unsupervised.

Children
Aged 16 and below can be treated in the salon with the written
permission of a parent or guardian for all beauty treatments. Please call for details.

If you have previously signed for Marketing Emails
If you have signed up using our Special Offers page, or if you have provided contact details during previous treatments or consultations, you will have previously agreed to receive occasional marketing emails from us.  You can Unsubscribe from these marketing emails at anytime replying to that email with the word Unsubscribe in the Subject to info@ascottbeauty.co.uk
